What is the SCRIB Project?

The SCRIB Project is about the aesthetics of space from the perspective of the pedestrian in the cityscape. SCRIB promotes access to privately owned public spaces (POPS) and supports and advises organisations who are open to collaborations with various ‘actors’ and stakeholders. We help developers read the city and account for the multitude of objects and networks that make up the urban landscape.

SCRIB is concerned with upholding the relational aesthetics of place and the heterogeneity that is inscribed in a specific geographical area. We help connect people to places by involving them through meaning-making and material interaction.

This project is in its very early stages. Please refer back to this blog for further information. Thank you.
